Set LTCG code-gen thread count to eight.
Link Time Code Generation in VS 2013 defaults to using four code-gen threads, but more can be requested using /cgthreads:n, up to a maximum of eight. Most of the link phase is single threaded so this does not double linker throughput. On pdf.dll on a Z620 this drops the link times from ~164 s down to ~150 s for a 9% speedup. If the c2.dll!SsrFree bugs are fixed (https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/1064219) then /cgthreads:n will be even more important.
